Im glad youre there and doing this for yourself. Im glad you had fun. My only gripe is, durimg the time the range instructor was teaching and guiding you thru the process of how to shoot a gun and to do it safely, you kept addding little remarks and comments to be funny. Maybe it was your way of coping with the nervousness, but durimg super important times like that, you need to listen amd and absorb everything. Becaue when it comes time to regurgitate that info, youll either dont remember because you got side tracked or youll misinterpret the info. Not a good recipe for serious and potentially dangerous activity. But still good job in doing this.

The other thing is that its 4 mos or maybe 5 mos of extreme heat. (My Realtor told me 3). And have a job lined up (if you dont work from home), its tough getting hired out here in a timely fashion. My Husband and I speak from experience living here for a year now.

Houses in Canada and Australia cost $1-2 million now. Houses in the USA will reach those heights within the next 5-10 years. There's a 4.5 million unit housing shortage in the USA. Prices are going up.

Prices are not going down in California. Texas and Florida are because of the amount of new construction, not disasters.

As a current NorCal resident…my husband and I want to retire in Vegas (we have a few years to go). We’re interested in both of these areas. Looking at the landscapes in this video, are scorpions a problem in summerlin? How are the schools? I haven’t heard good things about the school system.

Yes, Tivoli Village, along with Rampart Commons and Boca Park, are outside of Summerlin. I'd call them sort of "Summerlin adjacent".

Prices don’t just keep going higher and hire. Buying now would be a terrible decision. Why do you think rates would go back down? The only reason they will lower rates is because the economy is suffering. Vegas will be one of the first to suffer with job losses. The masses never learn.
